I am at my highest weight. 219.6 pounds. I was weighed yesterday. I am so upset with myself but I know what caused it and I know that I need to get myself back on track. I can do this. I know I can. I bought healthy foods and I am staying on track. Day 1 was a success. I am ready to get my weight down. I would appreciate any support.
I’m doing well. I had a bit of a rough patch, but everything is ok now. My sister actually had a baby, and so I have been spending a lot of time with my new niece. Just trying to stay positive! Thank you for asking!
